Pricing Policies
Payment
Payment is required at booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
Cancellation
48+ hours before check-in: full refund. 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before check-in: no refund.
Holiday Rates
A 20% surcharge applies to major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's). Early booking recommended.
Multiple Pets
Multi-dog totals are itemized in your pre-confirmation quote. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, or other undisclosed charges are introduced at checkout.
