How is my total calculated?
Premium but fair pricing includes clear subtotal, applicable tax, selected care items, and total shown before confirmation. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, or other undisclosed charges are introduced at checkout.
How long can my dog stay?
Bookings currently require at least 1 night and can extend up to 365 nights within the booking window.
Are multi-pet discounts available?
Yes. Two pets receive 15% and three or more pets receive 20% per additional pet per night when those discounts apply to your quote.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours receive 50% back, and no-shows receive 0% back.
Which vaccines are required before booking?
Current requirements are Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella. Expired vaccines block booking confirmation until records are updated.
